Purbeck Living Refunds and Exchanges Policy

If, for any reason, you would like to return your Purbeck Living order, you can send it back to us in its original condition with proof of purchase within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.

Sale Returns Policy

During our sale period you can still have a refund or exchange so long as the item is returned to us within 14 days of receipt, this is enables us to resell the sale items.

How do I return my order?

If you shopped through our website and wish to return the item, please call Purbeck Living on 01929 554191 to register any returns up to 14 days after the delivery.  Returns will not be accepted without prior agreement.
Fill in the form, at the bottom of the delivery note and re-package the product.
Take the parcel to the Post Office and send it in the next post.
Please make sure that you get a ‘proof of posting’ certificate from your Post Office. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post.
Faulty goods

In the rare and unfortunate event of your Purbeck Living product being faulty, please accept our apologies, and contact us within 48 hours on 01929 554191 to notify us of its return. Please note we do not except faulty items back after 6 months from date of purchase.

Changing or cancelling your order
Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please call 01929 554191 (If your order has been processed or despatched we will be unable to process a refund until we receive the parcel back). Please follow the process for returns.


We accept online payment in a secure environment with Visa and Mastercard and credit cards, as well as Visa, Electron, Solo and Maestro debit cards.

Once you have confirmed your order, payment will be taken from your bank account. To protect cardholders, your bank may request that you are screened using 3D Secure (MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa) and by an independent fraud prevention service. We may contact you for additional security purposes should we deem this necessary.
